Happy Customers
Some of us are jewelers. We learned CAD/CAM because we had
to. And we have had quite a few years to get good at it. Sooner
or later, our jeweler friends asked a few questions and we
helped them get started. We shared what we knew, not as
salespeople, but as "happy customers" that had learned a thing
or two on our own. Eventually someone suggested we could be
paid for our efforts. Paychecks are nice, but we still get a lot of
satisfaction from the success of our clients.
Some of us are mechanically inclined geeks. We grew up breaking those seals that said "no user servicable parts inside". Tearing things apart to figure them out and maybe make them better. Next thing you know, we are making mills. Then better mills. Then bigger better mills. Then bigger better mills that are easier to use. Eventually we got around to the Neo. We think it is pretty good.
Some of us are real people persons. We look out for you before you even know you need our help. We have the knack for really getting to know you and remembering those little details that make your life so much easier.
Some of us are teachers. Staying up nights to figure out new techniques to share. Catching the redeye home after your basic training session. Turning around on the next flight out, looking forward to getting yet another client off to a good start.
Some of us like to ride motorcycles, horses, and to fly planes (not all at the same time). We have been known to like coffee, Tab, cold beer and even the ocassional rare single malt. Again, not all at the same time. If you catch us in a tie, it's probably a wedding. If you catch us at a trade show, we might drag you out for dinner. Work or play, we really really enjoy what we do. We hope to have the opportunity to get to know you too.
